When you submit a contact form or Studio request, we process data such as name, company name, email address or phone number, project details, product choices, quantities, sizes and submitted mockup data.
Why do we process this data?
We use this data to respond to requests, prepare quotes or proposals, perform agreements, keep administration and prevent abuse or spam.
Legal bases
Processing is based on pre-contractual steps, contract performance, legal obligations and legitimate interests such as security and normal business communication.
Retention
Request data is kept no longer than necessary for follow-up, quotation, performance and administration. Administrative data is retained as long as legally required.
Sharing with third parties
We only share data when necessary for service delivery, email handling, hosting, administration or legal obligations. We make appropriate arrangements with relevant suppliers.
